Removal and installation of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units

Before removal of a maple belt mark with chalk or a felt-tip pen the direction of rotation on a belt. Change of the direction of rotation of the belt which was in work can lead to its gap. At installation of a belt pay attention to its correct situation on pulleys. |
Removal
|
|
- Install the forward panel in situation for carrying out servicing, address to the Section Installation of the Forward Panel in situation for maintenance.
|
- Unscrew the fan with the viscous coupling a wrench on 22 mm, thus the second key hold a nave.
|
|
- Take out from holders an engine cover up.
|
|
- Uncover forward left and right a gear belt.
|
- Unscrew screws of fastening of a cover of a maple belt (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) and take out it.
|
|

Unscrew screws of fastening of a support (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) and take out it.
|
|
- Uncover a tension roller of the compressor and turn off a bolt of fastening of a tension roller (the shooter on an accompanying illustration).
|
|
- Take off maple a compressor drive belt.
|
|
- Turn a face key the tension device in the direction of an arrow on an accompanying illustration so that lock openings were one above another. In this situation insert the AUDI-T10060 tool or a suitable mandrel (mm Ø 4) into openings, having fixed thus the tension device.

|
- Take off maple a belt.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Put on maple a belt at first a pulley of a cranked shaft (1) and the directing rollers (4/6) and then a tension roller (7).
|
|
- Turn a tension roller a face key counterclockwise a little, take out a lock finger and take away a tension roller back.
|
|
- Put on maple a belt a compressor pulley.
|
|
- Establish a dinamometrichesky key (C) with a face key on 8 mm, as shown in an accompanying illustration, and pull maple a belt in the direction of an arrow the moment 7nm.
|
|
- In this situation tighten a bolt (And) a dinamometrichesky key the moment 22nm.
- Establish a cover of a tension roller.
- Fix the fan with the viscous coupling, holding the second wrench a nave.
- Start the engine and visually check the belt course.
- Establish the holder of the lock, address to the Section Installation of the Forward Panel in situation for maintenance.
