Lift and install the car on supports. Mark the direction of its rotation on the tire. Turn off bolts of fastening of a wheel. Lift and establish forward part of the car on supports and remove a wheel. Surely observe indications of the Section In case of emergency. Replace all brake shoes of forward wheels even if the limit of wear was reached by a brake shoe of one party. Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a support. Installation

At the removed brake shoes do not press a brake pedal, otherwise the piston can be squeezed out from the case. In this case it is necessary to remove a support and the piston in a set and to hand over them in repair on HUNDRED.

Press the piston into the case. Do not press on the piston by means of the ordinary adaptation or the handle of a hammer at all, thus the mechanism of adjustment of the parking brake can be damaged. For an otvorachivaniye install the special AUDI-3272 adaptation so that its fillet adjoined to a support. Turn the handle to the left against the stop. Turn a spindle to the right and turn out the piston. If the special adaptation available is not present, zapilit appropriately metal level and insert it into both grooves of the piston. Do not apply for this purpose a bottle to drinking liquid! Brake fluid is poisonous and should not be sucked away by a mouth through a hose at all. Apply for this purpose a siphon. When replacing brake shoes the level of brake fluid in the tank should not exceed MAX mark since liquid when heating extends. The following liquid gets on the main brake cylinder, destroys its covering and brings corrosion. Apply to cleaning of brakes only alcohol. Clear the directing surface and a seat of blocks in mine of the case a rag. Do not use for this purpose the tool with sharp edges at all. Establish brake shoes into place. Install the case of a support and fix it the new self-stopped bolts the moment 35nm. In a repair kit there are self-stopped bolts which need to be established. Observing the direction of rotation, fix wheels. Lower the car on wheels and only after that tighten fastening bolts cross-wise the moment 120nm. Several times, standing strongly press a brake pedal so that to feel resistance. Thus brake shoes adjoin to a disk and hold the working position. Check brake fluid in the tank, if necessary, add liquid to MAX mark. Carefully let's be earned extra to new brake shoes. For this purpose several times slow down the car from speed 80 to 40 km/h, slightly pressing a brake pedal. Between braking let's brakes be cooled. After installation of its new brake shoe it is necessary to earn extra. For this purpose the first 200 km of a way do not apply sharp braking without need.
