Coupling switching off bearing

1 — A CHECK POINT
2 — the Spherical pin. Grease with MoS 2 greasing. The tightening moment at a check point from an aluminum alloy: 25nm; at a check point from a magnesian alloy: 18nm.
3 — the Intermediate element
4 — the Dish-shaped spring. Smaller diameter is turned to the directing plug
5 — the Sealing ring
6 — the Cuff of primary shaft. Press against the stop
7 — the Directing plug *
8 — the Lock spring
9 — the coupling switching off bearing Lever. Before installation grease a pusher with copper greasing "Z 381 351 TE"

10 — the Screw with internal Torx*. Surely replace Black for a check point from an aluminum alloy, shining for a check point of a magnesian alloy. The tightening moment for a check point from an aluminum alloy: 35nm; the tightening moment for a check point from a magnesian alloy: 25nm.
11 — the coupling switching off Bearing. Do not wash out, only wipe
12 — the Bolt, 20nm
13 — the Working cylinder of a hydraulic system of the drive of coupling. At installation press the cylinder so that it was possible to enter a bolt easily
14 — the Pusher. Grease the end with copper greasing
