 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the lower protection of a motive compartment / stretcher.
  2. Remove the top cover of a gear belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt of the GRM drive.
  3. Check a gear belt for existence of the following damages:
    • Cracks, cross anguishes.
    • Stratifications (case of a gear belt, tension branch).
    • Chips on the case of a gear belt.
    • Razlokhmachivaniya of a tension branch.
    • Superficial breaks (a cover from plastic)
    • Traces of oil and greasing.
    4. The belt having damages needs to be replaced immediately (work HUNDRED).

Check of a tension of a belt of the TNVD drive

  1. Weaken a nut of fastening of a tension roller by means of a cap key or a head, for example, of AUDI-3078 (1). Thus the tension roller needs to be held from a provorachivaniye a face key.
  1. Turn a tension roller a face key (2) counterclockwise (in the direction of an arrow on an illustration) so that the index (3) stood on a tension roller opposite to a tag (4). In this situation tighten a nut of fastening of a tension roller a cap key or a head the moment 36nm.
  1. Establish into place the top cover of a gear belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt of the GRM drive.
