Removal and installation of a head of the block of cylinders

Head of the block of cylinders (it is shown left). Diesel engine of 2.5 l

1 — the Left head of cylinders. Attention: Heads of cylinders of the diesel engine are not allowed to be processed
2 — Sealing laying of a cover of a head of cylinders. In the presence of damages or leakage replace. Before installation of transition are greased with sealant
3 — the Bolt of fastening of a head of cylinders *
4 — the Cover a head of cylinders. In the presence of damages of laying at nozzles replace a cover a head of cylinders
5 — the Otboyny ring. In the presence of damages replace
6 — Consolidation. In the presence of damages replace
7 — the Cover
8 — Fuel pipelines, 30nm. Replace in a set. Do not deform
9 — the Returnable pipeline
10 — the Sealing ring *
11 — the Hollow bolt, 5nm

12 — the Inlet pipeline
13 — the Bolt, 10nm. Are tightened cross-wise for some receptions
14 — Sealing laying *
15 — the Adjusting plug, 2 pieces. Watch that the plug did not fall to inlet canals
16 — Nuts, 10nm. Are tightened cross-wise for some receptions
17 — the Heat-shielding leaf
18 — the Bolt, 10nm
19 — the Vacuum pump of the amplifier of a brake
20 — the Sealing ring of the vacuum pump
21 — Sealing laying of a head of cylinders. Has various thickness. Number of a detail has to show towards a head of cylinders
