Removal and installation of the regulator tension/replacement of brushes Removal

- Remove the generator, address to appropriate section.
|
|
|
Depending on model removal of the regulator possibly also on the installed generator. |
|
- Turn off nuts on connecting plugs.
- Turn out screws and remove a protective cover from the generator.
|
|
|
Depending on model generators of various executions can be installed. |
|
- Turn out screws and take out the regulator aside.
- Replace brushes for what unsolder a rope.
- Check wear of rings, if necessary pierce them and polish (work HUNDRED).

Installation
|
|
- Insert new brushes (And) and springs (In) into the brush holder (C) and solder contacts.
|
|
- To exclude hit of solder in a rope at the soldering, clamp a brush rope flat-nose pliers.
|
|
|
At solder hit ropes become rigid and brushes unsuitable for work. |
|
- Install into place the regulator of tension and fix it.
- After installation of new brushes check them for ease of the course.
- Fix a protective cover on the generator.
- Screw nuts on connecting plugs.
- Install into place the generator, address to the Section Removal and installation of the generator.
