Removal and installation of the electric motor of the drive of the fan of a heater and conditioner

The control unit of the fan of fresh air is installed on the electric motor and can act and be replaced only together with the electric motor.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Battery.

  1. Remove a ware box, address to the Section Removal and installation of a ware box.
  1. Disunite the socket (And).
  1. Release a cable connector (In).
  2. Remove facing on a rack And, address to the Section Removal and installation of facing of a rack And.
  3. Carefully cast away a rug around an arrangement of feet.
  1. Take aside a noise-protective mat and turn out the screw (C).
  1. Take aside a noise-protective mat and take out from a heater the fan (D) with the built-in control unit.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in sequence, the return to removal.
  2. At installation pay attention to the correct position of the fan in a heater.
  3. Record a cable a connector.
