Installation of the forward panel in situation for maintenance

1 — the Forward panel 2 — the Top cover of the engine, left 3 — the Top cover of the engine, right 4 — the Screw, 10nm 5 — the Screw, 50nm	3369 — the Provision of service: Screw the special AUDI tool in openings in a bumper. Instruction: If the specified special tool available is not present, it is possible to use 2 M8 x 90 screws. Under a head of a bolt it is necessary to enclose washers with a diameter of 24 mm and 2 mm thick. Besides, 2 plugs 80 mm long and with a diameter of 17 mm are necessary.

When carrying out some adjusting works, for example, with a maple or gear belt the forward panel has to be installed in situation for an obsluzhivniya. Thus the panel is displaced together with a radiator forward.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect air ducts (1) and (2) between the forward panel and the air filter on the forward panel (shooters on sopr. illustrations). Remove the top cover of the engine (2) and on the right (3) at the left, address to an illustration at the beginning of the section. Disconnect the lower cover of the engine ahead, without removing it. For this purpose unscrew only 3 screws. Remove a front bumper, address to appropriate section. Screw in two top openings on the right and at the left the special tool 3369. Turn out screws (5) at the left and on the right, address to an illustration at the beginning of the section. Turn out screws (4) at the left and on the right. Pull the forward panel forward so that the back opening on the panel was closed by a forward carving opening on a wing. In this situation screw at the left and on the right a bolt (the shooter on an accompanying illustration) and fix the panel.
